Chris Lewis of SDC who was Head of Planning Services and now been moved to Head of Special Projects regarding J11 at Stanford has been tasked with developing the Reuben Brothers investment at Westhanger Racecourse.
This time around a “mixed development” will have to be put in place to overcome the Planning Inspector’s initial NO.
