It is our honest opinion that Alison Fox (pictured), who is presently Trust Secretary for East Kent Hospital University Foundation Trust is the stupidest person in England. Mrs Fox qualified as a barrister in 2005.
In an response to an Environmental Information Request for Covid data, Mrs Fox stated:
“The Trust takes the view that your request does not fall within the ambit of Regulation 2 of The Environmental Information Regulations 2004 and makes the distinction that the transmission of the virus [Covid] is primarily from person to person/fomites and is not intrinsically mediated by, or reliant on, any of the elements referred to in Regulation 2.”
Now many of you will not be aware what Reg 2 says. So for simplicity we state them below:
(a) – the state of the elements of the environment, such as air and atmosphere, water, soil, land, landscape and natural sites including wetlands, coastal and marine areas, biological diversity and its components, including genetically modified organisms, and the interaction among these elements;
(b) – factors, such as substances, energy, noise, radiation or waste, including radioactive waste, emissions, discharges and other releases into the environment, affecting or likely to affect the elements of the environment referred to in (a);
(c) – measures (including administrative measures), such as policies, legislation, plans, programmes, environmental agreements, and activities affecting or likely to affect the elements and factors referred to in (a) and (b) as well as measures or activities designed to protect those elements;
(d) – reports on the implementation of environmental legislation;
(e) – cost-benefit and other economic analyses and assumptions used within the framework of the measures and activities referred to in (c); and
(f) – the state of human health and safety, including the contamination of the food chain, where relevant, conditions of human life, cultural sites and built structures inasmuch as they are or may be affected by the state of the elements of the environment referred to in (a) or, through those elements, by any of the matters referred to in (b) and (c);
So, Mrs Fox is stating Covid is not intrinsically mediated by, or reliant on the air or atmosphere to move or spread. Nor is Covid intrinsically mediated by, or reliant on, any emission from your mouth or nose to spread and move. So why wear a mask?
The Chief Medical Adviser, Mr Chris Witty (pictured) says on the Government website:
SARS-CoV-2 is primarily transmitted between people through respiratory (droplet and aerosol) [an emission into the air/atmosphere] and contact routes. Transmission risk is highest where people are in close proximity (within 2 metres). Airborne transmission can occur in health and care settings in which procedures or support treatments that generate aerosols are performed. Airborne transmission may also occur in poorly ventilated indoor spaces, particularly if individuals are in the same room together for an extended period of time
At the moment, human-to-human transmission is occurring extensively. Hence, precautions to prevent human-to-human transmission are appropriate for both suspected and confirmed cases (seeinfection prevention and control guidance).
In addition to respiratory secretions, SARS-CoV-2 has been detected in blood, faeces and urine.
So the Chief Medical Adviser, Chris Whitty, makes it clear that Covid moves through emissions which come from your mouth and nose and spreads through droplet and aerosols in the air. However, Mrs Fox, not medically trained, believes that is NOT the case.
We ask if Mrs Fox knows something we, the government and all the medical professionals and members of public on the planet don’t?
Of course, Mrs Fox is wrong. Covid is intrinsically mediated by, and reliant on emissions from peoples mouths and noses – this is why we have to wear masks – and it is reliant on the air and atmosphere to spread.
We have reached our conclusion that Mrs Fox is, in our honest opinion, the stupidest person in England by deduction from the evidence Mrs Fox provided, then comparing it against what the Environmental Regs 2004 say.
So we re-iterate once again, Mrs Fox is in our honest opinion the stupidest person in England. And given she is a qualified barrister, and works for an acute NHS Trust, this only compounds her stupidity we honestly believe.
