Cllr Lesley Whybrow, Cabinet member for the Environment at Folkestone & Hythe District Council has confirmed that Sunningdale House Developments Ltd (SHDL) do NOT have a contract with the council at this moment.
We can also confirm that the above statement is 100% true through other sources.
However, that said SHDL, set up a company two days after we announced that they “had acquired the land” on the 25 June 2022.
This Council has the stench of corruption and dodgy dealings all over it despite best efforts of Green and some other minority Councillors-Whistleblowers wanted from within the Council and outside to give information to you anonymously and in confidence-spread the word!
So they’ve set up a new company name to distance themselves from the debts owed by Sunningdale House Developments. Then they’ll fold Sunningdale House Developments and rise like a phoenix from the ashes with Sunningdale House Developments (PP Hythe) Ltd.? I believe that way they can escape their creditors.
