Alastair Clifford (pictured), who according to whistleblowers arranged for his brother to win contracts and not do a very good job, has left Folkestone & Hythe District Council.
We reported in June he had been suspended. He was reinstated on the 1 Sept 2022.
Today, it is known Alastair Clifford, like Elvis, has left the building and moved onto pastures new.
It is not known at this time if Alastair tendered his resignation in accordance with his employment contract, or there had been some other transgression since his reinstament.
