On a sleepy street in the East of Folkestone there resides a Director and shareholder of two British Virgin Island(BVI) Companies.
Mrs Tracy Anita Conroy is a Director and Shareholder in Bretney Holdings Ltd . Bretney’s Tax Status identifies it as a BVI company. The offshore service provider is the Commonwealth Trust Ltd and its post etc goes to Unitrust Corporate Services Ltd. John Humphries House, Room 304 4-10 Stockwell Street, Greenwich London SE10 9JN RT BVI. The company’s incorporation date was the 8 Oct 2004.
Mrs Conroy has been a Director of Bretney since 24 Aug 2006 and a shareholder since 10 April 2007.
The Second company is Toprey Financial Ltd. Again it is a BVI Company, Incorporated on the 1 July 2003. Mrs Conroy has been a Director since the 5 Sept 2006 Again the The offshore service provider is the Commonwealth Trust Ltd and its post etc goes to Unitrust Corporate Services Ltd. John Humphries House, Room 304 4-10 Stockwell Street, Greenwich London SE10 9JN RT BVI.
We do not know exactly what these companies do, that is even harder to discover, but we are working on the Linkage. What we mean is how these two companies link to others and ultimately end up onshore.
Private Eye say “offshore companies, are generally used for tax avoidance and often to conceal dubious wealth.”
Mrs Tracy Anita Conroy is along with Geoffrey Boot another example of offshore ownership who is registered to an address in a sleepy street in Folkestone/Sandgate. No doubt there are more people who live in our district who are as Private Eye say “concealing dubious wealth”.
