Would you like to learn how to ‘Investigate a Company’? Would you like to learn about SDC’s company Oportunitas, Balfour Beatty, Arena Racing, or MF & L Ltd owned by Geoffrey Boot Penfold Homes, Taylor Wimpey or any other company who is working in and around Shepway?
The Shepwayvox crew in conjunction with Corporate Watch will be running a one day workshop on July 30th @ Sunflower House Folkestone ( Foord Rd) between 11am and 5pm. The course is free and there are 25 places. However, we would expect and ask you to make a donation to Corporate Watch here
What with so much development going on across the district and a lot due to start in the future, having the skills set to investigate a company and follow the money is and will be important.
This training workshop by Corporate Watch will show you how to look into a company you’ve got an issue with, and how to find and understand key pieces of information about it.
They will explain how to find out key details about a company, including how to look into its actions and track record, how much money it is making, its owners and directors, links with government and public sector contracts and licences.
