First he makes clear in the video below that the decision taken by the Council Planning Committee on the 16th August 2016 can go to Judicial review.

Now back in Oct 2017 we made you aware that Councillor Tillson was NOT registered with the Information Commissioner Office (ICO). His name does not appear on the Register of Data Controllers, now theRegister of Fee Payers. Cllr Tillson must by law be registered. He deals with constituents matters and so is a Data Controller and a Data Processor. Failure to register will result in a fixed penalty. And what with the introduction of GDPR and the new Data Protection Act 2018, it makes it even more important. Cllr Tillson was re-elected to the District Council on the 20th July 2017. Fourteen months on he is still not taking his responsibilities towards his constituents data seriously. We find this appalling and believe he should be suspended until he does register with the ICO.
We believe it is now time the monitoring officer Amandeep Khroud (pictured) and Solicitor to the Council take firm action, and either withdraw his email until he signs up to the register, or report him to the ICO. There is NO excuse after 14 months back on the Council. The Law is the law and Cllr Tillson is not above it, regardless if he believes Princes Parade in NOT a done deal.
