This has happened in the last few days. No details as of yet have been updated on the Land Registry Title Deed. That still shows that KCC purchased the land on the 13.04.2017 for £473,500. Savills and KCC remain tight lipped over the buyer of the site.

Is it former Sandgate parish councillor, Leo Livingston Griggs? After all his company RVH Folkestone Ltd can buy and sell property. And is it coincidental, that his company has the same intials as the Royal Victoria Hospital (RVH)?

We told you last year that Folkestone & Hythe District Council had purchased the former Highview School site in Moat Farm Road Folkestone from KCC, the price they paid however was £750,000.

There is room on the site for an estimated 27 dwellings according to the Local plan

As soon as we have more details of the sale of the RVH by KCC, we’ll bring you the details.
