Congratulations to Cllr Gary Fuller (pictured) (Lib Dem) for being the Cllr who claimed the least expenses for the financial year 2019/20. He claimed just £4,878
As always Cllr David Monk, leader of Folkestone & Hythe District Council naturally takes the top spot as he is the leader. He claimed £29,552, which is £902 pounds more than last year.
Also it must be noted that Cllrs in 2019/20 compared to 2018/19 were £48,205.36 cheaper.
