At midday today, all Sunningdale House Developments Limited staff were invited to a staff meeting, via zoom. At this meeting they were all informed that the company would be slipping into administration either at some point today or at the latest Monday.
Sunningdale House Developments Limited was incorporated on24 November 2014. David Pownceby (pictured) was the second appointee, after Terry John Prosser.
We have previously reported, and asked if Sunningdale have cashflow issues.
We recently reported Development House Limited had gone into administration. Development House was the construction arm of the Sunningdale Group of companies.
Let’s not forget the person of significant control of Development House Ltd and Sunningdale House Developments Ltd, David Richard Pownceby dissolved Lilybrook Developments Ltd, Lilybrook Construction Ltd, DRP Estates Ltd and other related companies, owing £34,331,309, to 124 creditors, according to companies house, and the Insolvency practitioner who wound the companies up, in mid 2013.
