It’s official, Sunningdale House Developments Limited has gone into administration. The person of significant control of the company when it went into administration was David Pownceby (pictured)
It’s clear the administration started on the 9 August and was posted on Companies House as of today, 23 August 2023.

I bet Pownceby is already registering his new company ready to rip off more unsuspecting hard working individuals.
He will get away with it…. the banks appear to have got all their money back so will lend to him again as he is “tried and tested” and as such a safe bet for them in the future. I appreciate that not all business survive but this individual seems to be making a career out of continued failure which cannot be right🤷♂️
