The price stated for the purchase of the land was £700,000 according to the Land Registry. The Stonegate development is one of nine future developments Mr Quinn has lined up with his various partners. According to his Stonegate brochure pg 7 they “have in excess of 35 live projects.”

It is to this address that the paperwork goes. Here Barry has a company called Aligndents Ltd ; which has been inspected by the CQC and got a glowing report.

Mark Quinn, (pictured) managing director of Quinn Estates was joined for the launch of the project on Friday (28/4) by Cllr Jenny Hollingsbee of Shepway District Council, Cllr Robert Hubble of Stelling Minnis Parish Council, Cllr John Argar of Elmstead Parish Council and Geoff Miles, (pictured) chair of Kent and Medway Economic Partnership.

With friends like Paul Wookey, Chief Exec of Locate in Kent & Geoff Miles, we are sure that everything will go swimmingly. If not, we are sure another donation might well buy further access and influence for Mr Quinn and his associates in Kent & Essex’s
