Quinn Estates announced recently that work had begun on the site, via the Locate In Kent website. They stated: “it is delighted to start work this month 28/4/17 on transforming Stonegate Farm, a former egg packing facility in Stelling Minnis in Shepway, Kent into an exciting mixed use employment and housing scheme.
Mark Quinn, (pictured) managing director of Quinn Estates was joined for the launch of the project on Friday (28/4) by Cllr Jenny Hollingsbee of Shepway District Council, Cllr Robert Hubble of Stelling Minnis Parish Council, Cllr John Argar of Elmstead Parish Council and Geoff Miles, (pictured) chair of Kent and Medway Economic Partnership.
With friends like Paul Wookey, Chief Exec of Locate in Kent & Geoff Miles, we are sure that everything will go swimmingly. If not, we are sure another donation might well buy further access and influence for Mr Quinn and his associates in Kent & Essex’s
The Shepwayvox Team.
