Stuck in a moment you can’t get out of Mr. Stainer?

Some of you will remember the film, Groundhog Day, which depicts the story of pessimistic and obnoxious weatherman as he finds himself stuck in a continuous loop in which each day repeats itself.  So let’s go back to October 31st 1985 and let Michael Stainer speak for himself — it was another bad day!

  1. I cannot believe what I’m reading here. In 1985 Stainer seeks to justify the creation of these penthouses — which in 2018 now exist — by saying “they would make a substantial contribution towards the maintenance costs.”

Would he care to quantify that contribution today in the light of the approximately £275,000 the Court has determined he owes.

  2. Will you be publishing anything regarding his pusillanimous performance at the recent residents’ meeting. I heard he fled with his tale between his legs….
