Otterpool Park Update: Govt award £580,000 of funding for Otterpool Park

£580,000 worth of government cash has been allocated to deliver up to 10,000 homes at Otterpool Park, the Government have announced this morning.

This fresh cash, announced by Housing Minister Rt Hon Esther McVey MP, makes it clear the cash is for preparing environmental assessments and using the latest design techniques to develop the area.

Otterpool Park has been mired in controversy of late after four Cllrs divulged commercially sensitive information about the purchase of the racecourse land from Cozumel Estates Ltd, a company owned by the Reuben Brothers.
